3.5CupsHeavy Whipping Cream
1TbspButter
2-3Oz Vodka
1/8-1/4TspRed Pepper Flakes
2-3Garlic ClovesThinly Sliced.
SaltTo Taste.
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter.
Add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add canned tomatoes, vodka, red pepper flakes, and salt (to taste).
Bring the pot to a boil and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Stir in heavy whipping cream and simmer (do not boil). Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with your favorite low carb pasta or favorite protein (such as oven baked chicken thighs).
